Please check all goods thoroughly for any defects or shortages on the day of delivery and report any concerns by email or recorded post within 24 hours.

Made to Order Goods and Services sold by FPD Group Ltd are not refundable.

Please be aware items the majority of our products are bespoke and made to order to a specific customers size, finish, type, colour, and or any form of modification. The only exemptions are items specifically marked on our website as a "standard item"   

All products and services provided by FPD Group Ltd are supplied on B2B Business to Business basis. Goods will not be shipped to domestic/household addresses or private individuals.

If an item includes a manufactures warranty period, please ensure your company registers each item purchased after unpacking using the documentation and instructions included within the shipment.  

FPD Group Ltd will always abide to United Kingdom English laws.
